Eastwood Players Wow Audiences with Les Misérables!
Eastwood Christian School produced their 19th spring musical, Les Misérables. This was their second year in their new Arts and Athletics Campus. Due to a generous grant from The Harris Foundation, the theater department was able to upgrade lighting and sound systems. Les Misérables tickets went so quickly a fifth show was added. Over 1,000 people attended in all.
We were honored to have Randy Foster, a big encourager of the arts in the River Region, review our production. Mr. Foster is Executive Director of Alabama Institute for Education in the Arts.
