Meribeth Minshew
Meribeth Minshew is a graduate of the University of Mississippi (Hotty Toddy!) where she earned a Bachelor's in Education with an emphasis in English and Science Education. She taught in public schools in Mississippi before moving to Montgomery with her family in 2016.
She has taught many subjects since she began at Eastwood in January 2017, but her focus has largely been in the science and math classes within the Upper School. She loves teaching these courses because they allow her to study and share the intentional and intricate ways in which God has created us and the world in which we live. She has been home since her youngest daughter was born in 2022 and is thrilled to be back in the classroom with her students!
In her free time, she can be found playing with and enjoying time with her three daughters (River, 8; Mazie, 5; and Cora, 2), snuggling with her three dogs, reading, thrifting and crafting any and everything. She adores coffee, tea, and good pizza.
